About Christine
Christine is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and trained at the Central London School of Reflexology (now The London School of Reflexology) in 2003 with Louise and Micheal Keet. (Louise Keet is author of the Reflexology Bible).
She has a caring and empathetic approach to her work. She tailors each treatment to her clients’ individual needs, treating each person holistically. Her particular interest lies in helping clients to relax and cope better with the stresses in their everyday lives.

My interest in complementary therapies, healthy living and well-being led me to train as a reflexologist in 2003.
My aim is to help people through reflexology re-balance their lives and to return to a feeling of well-being.
I have practiced at several clinics in London, including Neal’s Yard Therapy Rooms in Islington. I currently practice from clinics in Chatham, Kent and North East London, and can also treat clients in the comfort of their own home (Medway and London) or in the workplace.
Many ingredients used in creams and body lotions are toxic. When applied to the skin up to 60% of any product can be absorbed into the bloodstream. This is why I believe in using only the best natural products obtained from vegetable sources, preferably organic, with no mineral oils or nasty chemicals such as parabens.
